✅ Kitch can only guarantee the delivery of orders paid in advanced.  Depending on the country, the options are VISA/ Credit Card; MB Way or Edenred meal card (for Portugal only)

• If you decide to have this payment method, you must guarantee the delivery of orders paid in cash
  • Please inform Kitch support team of that order ID, and that you will deliver the order yourself
  • Kitch support team will refund the order fees on (after) your next payment

• If you do not have your own fleet, you can decide to opt-out of this option. Please reach out to your apps support team's and or Account Manager, and request this feature to be inactivated.
