How to define different pricing for the same items across delivery channels?

  • Sign in to restaurant.eatkitch.com
  • Enter your email and password
  • On the left sidebar, click on “Menu” to open your menu
  • Select “Items” at the top
  • Select the item that you want to settle the different pricing
  • Scroll down, and activate the toggle “Enable pricing per channel”
  • Now, you can choose different prices for all the platforms you work with, including your on store
  • Press save
  • Please, keep in mind that for this change to be reflected on the delivery app store/website you are required to press on “Publish Menu”


How do I associate an item to specific channels?

  • Sign in to restaurant.eatkitch.com
  • Enter your email and password
  • On the left sidebar, click “Menu” to open your menu
  • Select “Items” at the top
  • Select the item that you want to associate to a specific channel 
  • Scroll down and press “Settings”
  • On the “Channels” field in “Where and when is this item available?” section, you can select the channel where you want to see this item available. 
  • Press save
  • Please, keep in mind that for this change to be reflected on the delivery app store/website you are required to press on “Publish Menu”
