Before reaching out to the support team, please help us troubleshooting a couple of things.

  • Are you connected to your WIFI and have a good signal?
  • Was the Wifi password changed recently? Or the router? Is your tablet connected to your Wifi?
  • Have you tried to re-install the Kitch connect app? You can download the app clicking here: connect.kitch.io
  • Is your printer connected via WIFI or Bluetooth?
  • Please open the Kitch printer app and make sure that your printer appears paired.
