In your Kitch dashboard you can find a weekly summary of your invoices, all the orders that will be charged, and the fees associated to each one.



STEP 1: In your Kitch Dashboard, please open “Account", on your bottom left corner




STEP 2: On the top of the page, please select “Reporting”



  • If you have more than one store, you can select each store here:


  • Now, you will find 2 tables:

  • Here you can find all your invoices' information summarized by week – each row represents a week, and it is not influenced by the date filter chosen


  • You will find the information of the weekly invoices. To read all the tab information, you can scroll to your right side. 


  • If you need, you can download the information (via .csv, .xlsx or .json format), you just need to click on the mini cloud with an arrow. 

           

            

Kitch Fees per Order (Table 2)




  • To access this table, you need to scroll down on the page
  • Here you can export all your orders, with its associated Kitch Fees and payouts. For example, sales, discounts, bag fee, delivery fees, eater surcharge, Kitch fee, Edenred commission, PayPal commission, Surcharge fee and eater delivery fees.
  • Before table 1, you can select a specific date on Date filter, to help you find the information:

  • Just like the first table, to see all the information, you can scroll to the right side, or download this table. 

  • If you need, you can download the information (via .csv, .xlsx or .json format), you just need to click on the mini cloud with an arrow.
