We have been trying to help our restaurants with that. We calculate the average prep times, and when it's over, the order status will change for "FOOD IS READY," and your courier will arrive at your restaurant based on that information.  


However, more than anyone, you know the times and rhythm of your kitchen! So if the information isn't accurate, you can always change it:


  1. For orders from your online store, go to Online Store and click on "CUSTOMIZE".
  2. For Uber Eats orders delivered by Kitch, don't hesitate to reach the Kitch support team. We will help you to change the settings.


Et voilá, problem solved!
