Before starting the process, we advise you to ensure that your customer knows the order will be cancelled.
You can do it through the Kitch Connect APP on your device (tablet, Sumni, mobile phone or computer) and all the order details will be sent to your customer by email.
If you would like to cancel an order, you may encounter two situations, which we will explain how to solve below:
IF THE ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN ACCEPTED:
STEP 1: Select the order on your device
STEP 2: Click on REJECT, on your left bottom side
IF IT IS AN ORDER ALREADY ACCEPTED
STEP 1: Please click on the three dots on your bottom left-hand side and then select the option CANCEL ORDER

Refunds are not made automatically. To do this, you will need to contact the support team and inform them about the order that should be refunded.
