It's to reward and surprise your customers! With Kitch, you will be able to do it in multiple ways, choose the channel and the type of promotion that works better for you.
On the left sidebar, if you Navigate to Marketing you can see an overview page of goals you can achieve to increase your sales and the popularity of your store.
5 TYPES OF PROMOTION AVAILABLE
To create any Promotion, you need to login into Control.
Navigate to Marketing > Promotions > Hit the New Promotion button.
1. Buy one, get one free
Define the type of product promotion you want to create:
- Buy 1, get 1 free (2x1) (we called it BOGO) | Your customers buy an item and get one free product.
2. Automatic Promotion
Define the type of automatic promotion you want to set:
- Automatic percentage promotion | Your customers get a 10% discount on purchases over 25€.
- Automatic value promotion | Your customers get a 3€ discount on purchases over 25€.
- Automatic free delivery promotion | Your customers get a free delivery discount for purchases over 25€ or free delivery for any purchase.
3. New accounts promotion
- You can create a special promotion for new accounts only.
4. Promo Code
Define the type of promo code you want to share:
- Percentage Promo Code | Your customers can enter a discount code and get a % discount on the entire order.
- Value Promo Code | Your customers can enter a discount code and get X€ discount on the entire order.
- Free delivery Promo Code | Your customers can enter the discount code 'XXXX' and get a free delivery discount.
5. Percentage discount on selected items
- Your customers get a % promotion on selected products.
That's it. You're nailing it.
